Extremely disappointed by PayJustNow

I am very disappointed with PayJustNow’s service. I placed an order on Takealot and the order was cancelled a few days later. My first payment then appeared in my PayJustNow wallet. I tried to withdraw and transfer it to my bank account but struggled to do so. I sent multiple emails for assistance but received no proper help. Now, when I open the app, it shows that my refund was processed on 5 January 2026, but I have not received any money at all. I have checked my bank statement and there is no incoming payment. This is extremely frustrating and stressful. I just want my money back. This experience has made me lose trust in the platform.
