Extremely bad customer care

Been waiting for my voucher refund since 13th August todate still nothing received. Spoken to 5 different consultants and its been promise after promised I was then asked to send bank statement 3 times by different consultants and advised investigation is done with Absa bank where my credit is suppose to come from ended up requesting manager on the 21st whilst speaking to Joshua then Tashik Miller came to the phone told me he is a supervisor told me theres nothing they can do as still no feedback from Absa i have 2 wait for 2 days on the 23rd called again spoke Christen who told me again that they are still waiting for Absa. I am lost for words i dont know when will i ever get my money but all i can say is the service is disgusting and Appauling. The only thing i want is MY REFUND .
