I'm very frustrated by payjustnow I tried to buy something but due to the takealot misrepresentation I ended up requesting for a refund, the refund was done the money was sent back to my payjustnow account wallet. Then on the 21st of March 2026 I requested a withdrawal from my wallet to my bank account which was a complete catastrophe because in the payjustnow account I can link my tymebank card to pay but the withdrawal from my wallet to my tymebank card did not approve only other banks of which I was told that the alternative account needs to be registered under my ID, this was impossible because I only use tymebank. So I decided to use another person's account to withdraw the funds from my wallet it said successful from the 21st of March 2026 to date the money has not reflected in the account, there's is no professionalism on their side they lack communication and expediency in assisting customers. I tried calling but the Voice mail refers to their chats box which is as useless because I've been waiting for hours for the agents to respond but nothing.
