Double debit

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from PayJustNow.

On Friday, they deducted money from my account twice for the same transaction. Ever since, I’ve been going in circles trying to get my refund. Every time I follow up, I’m asked for the same thing – bank statements, over and over again – with no clear resolution or accountability.

It’s frustrating that when a customer makes a mistake, we're penalized immediately, but when it’s JustPayNow's error, we’re expected to wait endlessly. I feel like I’m being treated like a fool, and my time is being wasted.

This lack of urgency and care is unacceptable. I trusted this platform with my money – now I’m rethinking that decision. If you value your time and peace of mind, think twice beforeusing them
