Don't PayJustNow

I am extremely unhappy about the way this company operates. I placed an order yesterday via their app and received this email:

Hi Jane. Success!

Nice! Your payment was successful!

That's your 1st of 3 instalments paid. To check the specific dates of your next 2 instalments, please log into your profile and check in "My Orders".

We'll also send you an sms reminder the day before so there are no surprises. Don’t worry - we will debit the card you registered automatically if you don't beat us to it!

However, I noticed that the full amount had been deducted from my account. On querying this I was informed that they processed the full amount because of my poor credit record and that if I was unhappy I could cancel with the vendor. At no time was I informed of this before my account was debited for the full amount.

I have today spoken to the vendor and have been informed that PayJustNow still take commission even if the order is cancelled. I feel that the way they conduct business is dishonest and verging on **********. The vendors pay them a monthly fee plus commission on each sale. No doubt they are exaggerating their success rate and boosting their coffers by processing payments in this way. I am completely disgusted with this company's business methodology.
