Dissatisfied and Unhappy Customer

Had a refund done on the 31st of December 2024 and was sent from pillar to post to get the refund. I communicated asking for extention to pay my other orders as they had still not refunded and they declined my request saying unfortunately they don't have extentions, people have crisis and emergencies there is no where this is not possible.Which institution does not have an arrangement policy for late payment yet they still held on to my money. I waited and they kept attempting to debit each week and with a ridiculous amount of interest, only got the money on the 14th late afternoon and all interest has been app**** with no remorse of them processing my refund on time, I should also claim for interset then for the time they took which will pay off the orders they refused to give extention for due to their incompetence . At this point I refuse to pay them because they are de*****ing customers. What interest is accumulated on weekly basis when they debit monthly, If it was a monthly interest fee then that's fair but weekly to a point where it's triple the amount due thats unheard of and broad day light ******* i will not succumb to . Their phones don't work no assistance at all. This facility should be closed down its not for the good interest of customers but just ****mers, totally *********.
