Dissappointed

I am very disappointed and frustrated with PayJustNow. I had finanacial difficulties which ended in ne not being able to pay my account and was handed over. Once my situation changed I immediately settled the account t with Nimble and requested a paid up letter in Nov 2024. Upon asking whe my account will be updated they said update takes 6 months and they do this so Consumers don't reverse the money paid. Fast forward it's now past the 6 months and no one said anything only when I enquired I am told they have technical issues. Also one of their Consultant was very rude telling me these are the consequences of not paying. A huge company like pay just now are failing to update account die to technical issues which no one knows how long they will take yet I as the consumer must suffer when I paid In November 2024 and it's now May 2025. Everytime you send a mail all they say is the technical issues may take up to 3 months and that you should refer to previous email. This company is the pits not even banks would give you such a run around. Terrible service and their contact number is forever bust I doubt their line is even working.
