Dishonst!!!

I'm going through a bad experience with Pay just now, not only are they dishonest by adhering to their terms but they are also very slow with resolving complaints. I bought a few items at one of their partners instead of offering me the 3 months payment option, they deducted the full amount from my bank account . They have not responded to the email that was sent by the store manager and really frustrating!

Please refund my money now!!!
