Disgusted with service recieved

I contact your call centre disgusted by the service recieved for a late penalty reply from the supervisor and consultant talking to a customer like I am your friend at home .Telling me to go and read my sms's I asked why did not recieved a email and do not read sms all the time .very unprofessional not thinking its this very customer paying your salary because without the customer you have no job.
