DISGUSTED

I have been a top customer fo payjustnow for long. I have made over 50 purchases and have always paid on time.

I was extremely ill and in hospital and asked for a 2 week extension on one of my installments. Despite always being kind and stating they would happily allow this, they were incredibly rude to me and limited my account from 10 open orders to 2 open orders WITHOUT ANY waring, discussion on how we can avoid this. Since then i have messaged them every day to resolved this and they COMPLETELY IGNORE ME! I use payjustnow to buy stock for my busisness. I have now suffered an immense loss of income as they just cut me off and I AM FUMING. THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO ME. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY APPALLING AND YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!!!
