I am extremely concerned about the conduct of this company.

We made a purchase through PayJustNow for the first time this month. Since then, unauthorised amounts have been deducted from our account on dates that were not agreed upon.

We have attempted to contact the company multiple times. We have phoned, tried speaking to the relevant department, and left messages, yet we have received no response whatsoever. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.

If you value your finances and peace of mind, I strongly advise exercising caution before using this company. At this stage, we are unsure how to resolve the matter, and the continued unauthorised deductions are placing significant strain on our finances.

We urgently require assistance and a proper explanation.
