Disappointing Service!

The service of this company is so poor, they are unreachable on telephone, chat even on whatsapp. I have called on several occasions and the line just gets disconnected after 6mins of waiting. I even tried the Merchant option and it still gets disconnected. Iv been waiting for almost 30 mins on the whatsapp chat for an agent and no one is available. So disappointing.... :-(
