Dictatorship & Terrible customer service

Your services were good, up until you guys started forcing people to use service providers we don't want. I preferred getting the Checkers voucher but that option has been blocked off because you guys want us to use other vendore. That might make business sense for you guys, but give the people what they want with their money, don't offer a credit line and then dictate where people must use their monies just so that you guy's can keep your vendors happy. At the cost of losing customers to competitors that don't bully clients.

And also your customer service doesn't exist at all, your people don't respond quick enough, maybe your employees are not happy as much us we are not happy. Just because you guys are getting business, it doesn't take away the risk of losing business because of your incompetence.
