DEDCUTED ACCOUNT BUT ORDER NOT PROCESSED

I made a purchase and PayJust now debited my account ON 5 JANUARY 2024 with the 1st month installment. I have contacted their offices numerous time and yet they still cant provide proper feedback. i emailed them bank stamtement and communication from FNB stating that their finance department needs to bank the transaction as the money was already deducted from my bank account. PJN keeps on telling me that it has been escalated to their finance department yet its been 4 days and still nothing has been resolved. WHY IS NO ONE DOING THEIR JOB. EITHER REFUND ME OR PROCESS MY ORDER AS THE MONEY 1ST INSTALLMENT WAS ALREADY DEDCUTED FRO M MY ACCOUNT !!!!! SO FRUSTRATING
