Debited twice and no refund

This is now the second time my account has been debited twice on the same day for different amounts. I queried the first time and got absolutely no response. The robot is just useless. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS APP. THEY WILL TAKE UR MONEY AND YOU WILL NOT GET IT BACK!!!!
