Daylight *******

******* , within the 24 hours given for tracking and making a manual payment. i have already been charged a R125 fee. While their terms and conditions states this.

"on our terms and conditions page please see: clause 2.7. "Default Fee" means the fee of R125 including VAT. clause 6.4. Where PayJustNow is unsuccessful in debiting an Instalment from your Card on the due date, we may charge the Default Fee for payment and charge it again each time we attempt to effect payment as per the notice to you (normally on days 3 (three) and 7 (seven) after the due date for payment, but these may vary), and always subject to a maximum of 25% (twenty-five percent) of the purchase price of the Goods.

We also send you SMS and email notifications when you miss a payment, and our FAQ's deal with this too : "Your instalments will always be interest and fee free as long as you pay on time. If you miss a payment, you have 24 hours to manually make a payment by logging into your account and going to the My Orders tab. We will email you a day before your payment to keep you updated on when we will collect your instalments.

If you do happen to miss a payment, we charge R125 (incl VAT) every time we reprocess this payment. We do this weekly, however the total of these reprocessing fees will never be more than 25% of the value of your transaction.

Remember we don't make money when our shoppers don't pay, and we reward good repayment behaviour over time, so keep your account up to date or even better, use a cash flow tool to get to the next pay day and settle early. If you are unable to meet your repayment commitment, please contact us on ***********"
