Credit unused

I app**** for a credit on pay just now of FinChoice and I uploaded my banking details and got accredited by FinChoice but on the Pay just now the credit doesn’t appear on the pay just now and I am amazed that I got debited where else I haven’t used the credit which doesn’t appear on the pay just now app , how can they debit when their credit is still the same
