Credit enquiry without my consent

I have been using Payjustnow for a while now. This morning I received a notification that a credit enquiry has been done. I have not requested for a limit increase, I have never agreed to an automatic increase either. Please guys I'm trying to build my credit score here and this lower it. Please remove the enquiry.
