Charge for a returned item

I bought an item on Superbalust using Pay Just Now. I however had to return the item due to a size issue and Superbalist did a refund to Pay Just Now. Despite this, pay just now has still deducted the full amount ( for an item I no longer own and have returned ). I emailed them twice, over the last few days and despite their website stating that they reply in “3 to 5 minutes “ I have still not gotten any contact nor my refund.
