Cash out my refund

I have have experiencing issue with facial verification on app til it blocked me and asked for my ID photo and selfie which I provided them on 4 different emails and on useless app that respond after a while and close chat for a simple request for my profile to be unblocked.

The number provided doesn’t even working you will be placed on hold and get cut off, I. Don’t understand the use of providing proving contact tools that are not beneficial to customers both email, call, chat app.

This need to be reported with financial institutions you have registered with. I am not going to leave this suffering.
