Unathorised debit and no communication

They debited my account on a purchase i did not do on the 31-3-2026, even today they tried to debit again it failed due no money in my acc, i have send an email ref number ***. no feedback,i tried calling them yesterday no luck, their whatsApp keeps on saying they have high volume ,
