cant get a hold of them

how can one struggle this much to get a hold of you guys to make an arrangement you guys don’t clearly explain the 5 day window to us but you guys could respond quickly to explain that when i rep**** to make arrangements to pay the amount next week you guys stopped responding i reached out via email as well no response then you guys try to debit my account again everytime just adding more late fees when im telling you i can pay it next week . I actually really enjoyed making use of your services but no this is disgusting that i need to go through this length just to get a hold of you guys
