Cannot withdraw funds and support don't get back to you

I have been e mailing support but no response tried calling a few times I'm trying to withdraw funds and it says account number exists I'm asking the support team constantly to assist and no assistance. A few times this has happened and I cannot withdraw my funds always a hassle. Please call me on *** as it is damn hard to get hold of you guys. I pay my premiums every month but it's a hassle to draw my funds.
