BUNCH OF ******, PAY BACK MY MONEY!!!!

I tried buying at Makro using PayJustNow and the transaction went through, but I did not get my items. This now shows I owe PayJust now R2000 and they took the first payment, and again tried the payment on 31st December which did not go through. I have been writing and writing to them and got no correspondence back. Today they again debited an amount of R783.00 and it looks like they will debit until the R2000 is paid up, and yet I did not get anything from Makro!!!! This is not right, I am very disgusted!!!! Payflex is much better than you, AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! YOU ARE A BUNCH OF ******.
