Broken functionality on their website & app. Broken support!

Seems to be a company on a major decline. Errors with functionality on their website and app. When trying to get assistance from their support it seems they deliberately duck and dive the issue in question. Initially support ignores the issue at hand completely and after I press them on it they say it seems to work fine on their side with no offer to assist me with the issue on my end. If the issue persists on my laptop and the app on my phone it shows it isn't an isolated issue. Will never use them again after this
