Blocked Card

Bad service. So disappointed in them I have been trying to get hold of them to help unblock my card so that I can be able to pay my instalment. They not taking calls nor reply to messages. Even their chatbox they don’t reply. Now I have penalties that I must pay just because they don’t wanna assist me 🤦♀️😔😔
