Beware – PayJustNow / Alternative Airlines

I booked an urgent flight using PayJustNow via Alternative Airlines. The first amount was deducted from my account, however no ticket was ever issued.

After following up, Alternative Airlines advised that PayJustNow never paid them, despite the funds being taken from my account. As a result, I missed my flight.

Since then, I have received no meaningful assistance from either party. The only response I continue to get is that I must obtain a refund from Alternative Airlines, while PayJustNow still expects me to continue paying the remaining instalments.

I have since contacted my bank and opened a formal dispute, as this situation amounts to *****ulent charging for a service never rendered.

Until this is resolved, I strongly caution others against using PayJustNow for flight bookings through Alternative Airlines.
