Bad service of Pay just now

I am experiencing a bad service with this pay just now , my card has been blcoked and debit orders can't go through when I try to chat to them they just ignore me and I send e-mails ,without any response.The said part is I have been charged ridiculous interest, when I try to add a new card it doest go through. I cant even do manual payment and my account has money .It seems we are just being ****med by this people. There is phone numbers where you can talk to them directly.
