bad service at payjust now

I am so disappointed in the service of payjust now, whenever you call them you cannot get hold of them, its a struggle, i emailed then no reply, there line is always busy, no one gets back to you, you really need to plan better service for the clients to get hold of you, the WhatsApp line is even useless. ...... I did a refund, its been 10 working days already no money in my account, no phone calls no explain, i will be telling all of my family and friends no longer to use this service!!!!!! You quick to take my money. But so bad in putting it back into my account
