Bad service

Placed an order online using pay just now payment method,my order was cancelled because Bathu didn't have the sneaker and was told to wait for 3/5 days for a refund after those days was told to wait another 5/7 days for a refund which I patiently did today pay just now sends me a message saying I missed my payment for the item which I never got! And even today I'm still waiting for a refund
