Bad service

I see excessive charges added to my account. My settings on my card for online purchases have not changed at all! I've even checked this yesterday as it stated that the debit will run again. I have even tried making the payment on the app this morning and it doesn't even want to capture my face, it shows there is an error. I've uninstalled the app and pre-installed it and it gives the same error so the issue definitely does not sit with me! Please remove those charges and run the debit again. I've sent a request 2 days ago for eft details and no one has bothered to respond to me.
