Bad service

I am so unhappy with PayJustNow I want to load my card course the old one has expired.what a nightmare it’s not loading their app has a problem and since last week I been calling no joy.why such service sent an email no respond and I wanna pay.next thing I will be listed due none payment and blocked my spending limit though I am trying my best to pay.can I be contact so I can make payment course your contact number it’s either a long Que of hold once I in the 1 line it’s cuts off.
