Bad review

I made a purchase on Sunday 2026-05-24 at fischini of R1 398.00 using PayJustNow and they deducted R466. 00 twice on the same day from my bank account. On Sunday 2026-05-31 they deducted R466. 00 twice again.

When I wrote an email to request for a refund they gave me ref number :*** on Sunday 2026-05-31 and never got back to me. On Tuesday 2026-06-02 I wrote another email and given ref number : ***. I also tried calling and the voice record suggested I chat with them on their website and I did. I was answered by a robot which was of no assistance.

I just want my refund and want to pay them the last installment and never use it again or refer any of my friends and family to use it.
