bad refund processes and bad communication services

I have an issue with getting my refund from You since Yellow sub stated that it did process the refund. My frustration here is that I have been trying to reach out to but every time I do it's with fail worse even on your chatbot you delay in responding. I am highly disappointed in how you do things recently it's like we not a priority and it's bad for the business and I trust this will push you to do better
