Bad experience

I've never experience such a bad service in my life !!!! Ive orderd from lekka sleep a bed , paid via Pay just now. Reason why I used this platform , because I thought I wont be ****med , because I thought that pay just now will make sure of who they deall with. My orderd was place 19 Dec up to now , stilll not received my bed. I cant get through to Pay just now . I tried contacting via the app , email , tel nr you cant get through. Only once I received an email from pay just now in the beginning when I informed I did not receive my bed. From Juanuary Ive send so much emails and no response to even one of them. I will refuse to make any installments further , because this is not fair paying for something and no response from them or supplier.
