Bad email confirmation system!!!!

Your email confirmation system is not made with the end user in mind! It is frustrating for the store and the customer. Have just spent 30 minutes in a store waiting for the email and everyone wants to go home!!

Fix your system! So it more pleasant for the store and customer and the store told me that they had this conversation with you guys just yesterday. Now I have to leave my purchase behind! Also you making the customer feel like the *****. I see why there aren’t many stores that use this facility.
