Bad customer service

PayJustNow is adding ****mers on their services provider list. I’ve been trying to reach out to them to inform them that Teck Trec has ****med me. I purchased PS5 for my kids in 28/11/2025 and to this day am not getting assistance or delivery. PayJustNow has flat out ignored me.
