Bad customer care

I have been a faithful client for the past 3 years. Today I requested for my order debits to be changed due to new employment and a different salary date with no help. Now I will have to pay interest on my order because of non payment but I did try to make an arrangement or plan. The consultant that assisted me was just rude. Cannot even use punctuation correctly.
