BAD BAD BAD

Useless customer service. I am trying to resolve a dispute on the debit order that was declined. (for no reason) I might add. I see already they have added extra charges. But you can get hold of no-one to resolve this issue. I am fuming. I also see I am not the only one with this issue, but they don't even bother to reply to these complaints. What can we do? Is it a **** to make more money out of us because they offer an "interest free" service. I will be using payflex in future.
