Awful service

Ì used payjustnow service at Pick n Pay maponya mall and I did not proceed with the payjustnow service due to and incorrect amount. I ended up paying with my own bank card but the installment for payjustnow went off my account as there was no option to cancel the transaction this was on the 27th of March 2026.

I have sent numerous emails to Payjustnow now to correct my account and to refund the installment . You can't even call them as there is no agents to take your calls and the chat box is very useless as it keeps telling you the same feedback.

All my emails come back with the same response. Please contact the merchant which I have done by sending an email to pick n pay.

Till todate I have not received my refund from payjustnow

I just wonder if it was me owing them what was going to happen
