Avoid at all costs

They use to have excellent service but now there's a data and analytics officer that doesn't know how to speak to customers👎🏾. It's supposed to be payment over 3 months but now they take payments a week apart. They use to allow you to change dates for payments ( just like the BNPL facilities abroad) but now they give you paragraphs of excuses as to why it can't happen. This is definitely my last order with them they'v lost the plot
