Appalling!!

Appalling!! You cannot get hold of them on the phone. They will make you hold for no end, then when you’re first in line to be transferred your call will be dropped. Their chat line is useless! They don’t respond to emails. Maybe merchants get service as they’re paying for the service; but they don’t give a damn about consumers
