***** and ID THEFT

I am starting to think this is some sort of ****. I have BEEN trying to find even a contact number to chat with someone about my problem. All I get is a BOT. I was trying to open an account with pay just now ONLY to FIND that my ID number is already being used on their system. This since early May. I have sent countless emails and chatted with their WhatsApp number and STILL NO JOY. I am experiencing ID theft and ***** via your app and you simply DONT GIVE A DAM. I am so frustrated. When attempting to reset my password it sends the reset to an email adresss that I DO NOT know nor have EVER used. None of my emails have been responsed too not even an automated response. CAN you reach me on *** or atleast provide a contact number where I can speak to a HUMAN!!!
