Amateurish with capital A

These guys still need to improve a whole lot to get their customer experience on par with their competition. Clue! Simpler is better. I've experienced confusion and the worst kind of bureaucracy. I've had a better time dealing with government departments in SA. Honestly. I hope they have their data privacy controls in place, it's quite scary. I canned the process and got out of there, just couldn't take it anymore. At least they're pretty efficient when terminating an ex-client's profile.
