Adding interest when there’s sufficient funds in your account

Pay just now is one of the worst apps to use , the service is pathetic and they never willing to assist . I have sufficient funds in my account however there always seems to be a problem with pay just now deducting . I never receive notifications regarding deductions . And pay just now just adds interest which is outrageous. I’ve emailed them several times only for them not to have the decency to respond . I refuse to pay the interest rate added knowing that I have sufficient funds . So if I were you don’t make use of Pay Just Now , you will see random deductions and they just take your money .
