Account update

They are very *********** I had an account that was behind which I paid it up last year in September till this day I've been sending them email and trying to chat to their consultants on the chat but I don't get help, I sent another email yesterday I haven't received a response, they keep asking for a paid up letter which I have sent couple of times the service is really bad.
