Absolutely the Worst Service I’ve Ever Experienced

I am fuming after dealing with PayJustNow. This has hands-down been the most unhelpful and frustrating company I have ever tried to communicate with. They do not respond to emails — at all. When you finally give up and try to contact them through their “chat,” you’re met with nothing but a bot that is completely useless and incapable of resolving even the simplest issue.

There is no real support, no accountability, and no urgency from their side. For a company handling people’s money, this level of service is unacceptable. They are impossible to reach, impossible to reason with, and frankly, a complete waste of time.

Avoid them at all costs. Save yourself the stress, the frustration, and the endless chasing. I regret ever signing up with PayJustNow. I would actually rate them zero stars if it was possible.
