A fustrating nightmare 🗑️🚮

I purchased a microwave from game using Pay Just Now on 22 Dec 2023. Since they say u have 3 interest three payments, I expected the next debit to be on the 22 Jan 2024 ( exactly a month later). They debited the 2nd one exactly 8 days later on 30 Dec 2023. It bounced because there was no money in the acc…and they started debiting every few days after that charging each time it bounced. I tried to contact them via their chat portal but this is trash to because all you get is a bunch of automated emails with no actual response. They also email you saying they’ve noted your query but no human being actually responds .

Im disgusted and frustrated with their service. Should have just forked out the cash for the microwave 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️
