**** **** ****!!!!

I regret using PayJustNow. When I placed my order online, I realized that the deduction date on my profile was incorrectly indicated as the 25th. I then proceeded to the app and updated my deduction date to the 27th. This Bull**** of a company decides to debit my account on the 25th even though the date of deduction shows as the 27th on my profile. Not only did I incur bank charges for the returned debit orders, but they also charged me a default fee. How the F*ck can they charge a default fee when they have incorrectly debited my account on the incorrect date???? I believe they do this **** on purpose so that they can apply these ******** fees. Don't even try to get in touch with them. Their customer service is beyond ****. I made use of their online chat service and was "assisted" by Joshua (if that is even his real name) and the service I had encountered was the worst ever. He responds after 30 minutes each time I ask a question and when he eventually responds, his responses are just pure ****ty. I'll never ever make use of this po*s of a service again. But anyway, lesson learnt. By writing this review, I hope someone will learn from my k*k experience.
