3 weeks and still no refund for my order that wasnt processed.

I made an order at Crocs via PayJustNow. I used my wallet to pay and the funds were deducted from my wallet. The order was - SOVZAZACRSY277366. The order didnt go through and I reported this at PayJustNow. After countless, draining back and forth emails from myself, PayJustNow (Molatedi Base) and the Crocs store. Crocs made it very clear that they wont be refunding, when the order didnt go through, which makes sense.

After senseless back and forth, I received an SMS 2 weeks ago from PayJustNow that they will be refunding the amount back into my wallet.

There has been nothing since. There is no communication from PJN, the service is a shame. This if from the 10th of May!!!!!

Please refund the amount back into my wallet, or I shall take further steps!!.
